Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the programme, applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Hold a Human Resource Management Certificate from a recognised college.
  • Be unemployed.
  • Not have previously participated in an internship programme.
  • Be willing to commit to the full 18-month programme.
