What Is Work Integrated Learning?
Work Integrated Learning provides graduates with practical workplace exposure in their chosen field of study.
Participants have the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained during their TVET College studies while developing professional workplace skills that employers value.
Depending on the host organisation, learners may gain experience in:

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a graduate of Gert Sibande TVET College
- Have completed N4–N6 Marketing Management or N4–N6 Business Management
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be unemployed
- Have no criminal record
- Be proficient in English
- Be willing to learn and develop professionally
- Not be studying or intending to study during the programme
- Not be participating in another learnership or training programme
- Not have previously participated in a SETA-funded Work Integrated Learning programme
