Selection Process
This programme follows a strict selection process.
Shortlisted candidates will go through:
- Psychometric assessments
- Interviews
- A 3-month evaluation period as unskilled workers
Only candidates who perform well during the evaluation phase may be selected for the full apprenticeship.
